If the world is battling with over-building to accommodate the population growth and the construction wastage, there is a point of reflection and introspection. There is a point of how we can live better and yet make the best of the resources we already have. It is that thought which carries great value and potential.

Every year tells a story. For IRD Design, this one was defined by three powerful words: Growth. Collaboration. Adaptation. As we navigated shifting markets, evolving technologies, and new creative frontiers, the year became a testament to resilience and reinvention—both for the studio and for me as a leader.

We’re proud to announce that IR Design has been shortlisted for the Retail category of the Identity Design Awards 2025 for our project, Julphar Avenue and Towers. This marks our third major recognition, and we’re honored to see our work consistently celebrated across the design industry.
