Interior Design of the Year: Retail – Julphar Avenue Mall

Julphar Avenue Mall has been shortlisted for Interior Design of the Year – Retail for its bold vision and immersive design approach. This project reimagines the retail experience by harmonizing elegance with functionality, resulting in a space that is both visually compelling and intuitively navigable. Every element — from spatial flow to lighting and finishes — was thoughtfully curated to elevate the customer journey and reflect the vibrant spirit of Ras Al Khaimah.

A key highlight of the design is its commitment to sustainability. We prioritized the specification of environmentally responsible materials throughout the project, ensuring that aesthetic excellence was matched by ecological mindfulness. From low-VOC finishes to responsibly sourced surfaces, the mall’s design reflects a forward-thinking approach that aligns with global sustainability goals while enhancing the overall user experience.

CAD Specialist of the Year – Nesferson Olayta & Mubashir Ahmed

Building on that foundation, Mubashir meticulously developed the detailed design, ensuring that every technical component aligned seamlessly with the creative intent. His attention to detail and deep understanding of construction documentation transformed the visual concept into a fully coordinated, buildable reality.
Together, their collaboration bridged the gap between imagination and execution, demonstrating how technical mastery and creative insight can work hand in hand to deliver exceptional design outcomes.

Unsung Hero of the Year – Raziel Espinosa

Every successful project relies on someone who ensures everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes — often without recognition. Raziel Espinosa has been shortlisted as an Unsung Hero for her exceptional administrative support, unwavering reliability, and quiet leadership. Her ability to manage operations with precision and grace has been a cornerstone of our success. Though her work may not always be visible, its impact resonates throughout every achievement we celebrate.
