We collaborate you (client) to develop the project goals for design intent, budgets, timelines and sourcing.
concept design
Based on the agreed project brief we create a series of mood images, colour selections and interpretations of the brief to align the project goals.
scheme design
Firming up the concept ideas through layouts, finalize, material selections, finishes and colours and collaborate with other specialists.
detail design & specifications
Finalizing the scheme design for construction details, interfacing elements, material selections and operational issues.
Material specifications for each material is provided, ensuring that each selection is ‘fit for purpose’.
ff&e
Furniture, Fittings & Equipment are selected to fit the design.
We also customize items, working closely with the manufacturers when required.
sourcing (additional)
We help our clients is sourcing furniture, fixtures,decorative lighting etc for an additional fee of 15% service charge only.
tender
boq
We prepare a detailed Bill of Quantity as a measure of the design and budget. Here, we course correct (if required) and set guidelines for the project working.

construction
ifc drawings
We issue IFC (Issue for Construction) stamped drawings as part of the documentation for the Contractor to refer. This drawing set incorporates any amendments made to DWGS for budget or timelines.
site supervision
Through this engagement, we ensure that the design intent is followed through the construction stage of the project via a series of checks and periodic site supervision, reporting, material approvals and shop drawings.
project management
Along with site supervision, This engagement allows for a complete overview of the project to ensure delivery within time and budget.
snag list
We note and flag a list of incomplete works, bad workmanship or any deviation from the design or tender to the client and Contractor to make good.
